I've been wanting to figure out how to organize and release an online store for my products, now's the best time to start. I plan on just sneak releasing the shop. Mainly I want a place to sell my current inventory, which is quite small.
In my next post I'll have a longer, better explanation of how I plan on doing "drops". Basically there will be a type of leather and a color/type of thread being used for a certain amount of items and they will be released at one time. Once the inventory is sold, that's it until I run another "drop" with the same style of leather and thread.
This will have multiple advantages for me and for you, the customer. I will have polls on my social media to help guide the "drops" after the initial one. You will benefit from a shorter processing time because the items will already be completed. I'll benefit by being able to make them at my own pace. Win-win for everyone!
The site will be a little generic until I get the hang of how Shopify themes work. Over time the site will be more aligned with the brand.
