I'm planning on releasing my first drop of inventory to be in Brown Badalassi Carlo Pueblo leather with Dark Brown thread from Maine Thread. It'll look like the product below. Pueblo leather has a really nice texture and feel to it.

What's a drop?
A drop is essentially a date when I will make the full inventory live. I'll plan to have a certain amount of inventory for about 5 or 6 products. 3 of the products are live now, 2 of them have very limited stock. The Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/krakenskeytrading/ is my main source of updates and has content with the lineup! I'll have a date closer to the time that the other items will go live and have inventory, but the idea is that I can make the products on my own time and have them ready to be shipped when the inventory is updated on said date.
What are the benefits of drops?
It allows me to make the inventory on my own time and makes the turnaround time from when you make an order till it ships out very quick. It also lets you benefit from different variations of the catalog. I plan to have the drops be either different leathers, stitching or colors of leather. I hope that you will interact with the company on Instagram and be on the lookout for polls so that you can help decide what the future drops will be!
What about in between drops?
I hope that the product in between drops will sell out. I will still have some products as I make them in different variations, either being from leftover material or test material for future drops. I also plan on having some merch that will be available at all times. I'm currently in the planning phase on merch, I'm trying to find the best quality for the price that I can offer for you all.

I'm currently making inventory for the first drop. Please keep an eye out on https://www.instagram.com/krakenskeytrading/ for more frequent updates. I'll of course update on here, but it won't be as often as on there!
